Can I get actual photos of the item?
We use manufactures photos. This is because we have multiple identical-spec items for sale. You may assume that you're getting a specific unit, but receive a different one.
When can I expect my item to be delivered?
If you have placed your order before 12 noon, we will dispatch your item same working day (Some post code areas could be two-day service). We update order tracking information before 5pm each day.
Does this item come with Microsoft Office installed?
Each computer that we sell comes installed with Genuine Windows 11 Pro operating system. This includes a trial version of Microsoft Office, if you would like to continue to use Office after the trail ends you will need to buy a licence key from Microsoft. We would suggest using Microsoft Office 365 package please see link for Monthly and Annual subscription options - Microsoft Office 365 .

How long is the warranty and what does it cover?
All our products include a 12 Month Return to Base Warranty. This means that if your purchase develops a hardware related issue you can get in touch with us within the 12 Month warranty period to discuss options. Does this computer come with a charger?
All of our laptops come with a charger and our PCs come with a power cable.
